IMPORTANT NOTES: 

A non-refundable fee is due for all bookings; however, this fee will be credited towards the balance of your package selection. 

 

Guest Changes:

Name changes or additions are allowed at Carnival Cruise Lines's discretion. Name changes are subject to cancellation charges and any rate increases. There is a service fee for any correction involving names and for any changes to departure cities on Fly-Aweigh guests, and/or for any changes made on pre or post-cruise packages within 60 days of sailing. For such late changes, supplement charges may also apply. 

 

Travel Documents:  

U.S. citizens taking a "closed-loop" cruises (sailings that both originate and terminate in the same U.S. port) are NOT required to have a passport but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver's license (EDL) as well as a government-issued photo ID. Children must also bring proof of citizenship; a photo ID is required if they are 16 and over. If a cruise begins and ends in different U.S. ports or begins and ends in a foreign port, a valid passport or other WHTI-compliant document is required. A valid passport is required if you are traveling on any of our Europe cruises. All other non-US citizens must have a passport for air, land, and sea travel. Minors:  

Guests under the age of 21 must travel with a relative or guardian of 25 years of age or older. Parent or guardian assumes responsibility for any minors they are traveling with and may not, under any circumstances, purchase alcoholic beverages for any guest under the age of 21. Must have a chaperone for every eight minors. Guests 12 and younger: may travel in separate staterooms. However, minors must either be directly across the hall or next door. Minors may not be assigned to a balcony cabin without a relative/guardian. Guests 13 - 17 years of age: can be booked up to 3 staterooms away from their accompanying adult. Guests 18 - 20 years of age: do not have any restrictions and may book whatever location they prefer. Prepaid gratuities and/or damage deposits of $100 USD per minor guest may be required for minor groups of 8 cabins or more.

 

Cancellation policy:

General Information

  • For 50%, 75%, and 100% penalties, we penalize the Total Fare. Total Fare is defined as Cruise Fare, Air Supplement, Transfer Services, and Pre/Post Cruise Vacation Packages.
    • For full 100% penalties, the refund will only include Taxes, Fees, Port Expenses, and Optional Prepaid Gratuities.
    • If the booking is made with a reduced deposit and the booking cancels in a penalty period, the penalty amount defaults to the standard deposit.
    • If the 50% or 75% penalty is less than the standard deposit amount, the penalty amount defaults to the standard deposit.
    • If the 3/4/5th guest cruise fare is less than the penalty amount, we will keep the cruise fare plus the non-commissionable fare up to, but not exceeding, the net penalty amount.
  • No-Show Bookings: We penalize 100% of the Total Fare. The refund will only include Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses, Optional Prepaid Gratuities, and pre-purchased Shore Excursions and Spa Treatments, if applicable. If the booking is made through a travel agency, full commission is paid for the booking.
  • If a participating guest cancels a fully paid booking outside of the 100% penalty and has a qualifying CVP Trip Cancellation refund request paid by Aon Affinity, Carnival will protect the travel agent’s commission at the lesser of 10% of Carnival’s cancellation penalty or of Aon Affinity's refund payment, at a maximum of $100 per booking for sailings six days or less and $200 per booking for sailings seven days or longer. Carnival’s Refund Department will mail out the protected commission check to the travel agency approximately 60 days after the Trip Cancellation refund is provided to the guest by Aon Affinity.

CHEERS! is an all-inclusive beverage program that allows guests to enjoy a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by paying a flat daily rate. Guests must be 21 or older to purchase CHEERS! And each adult assigned to the same stateroom must also purchase the program.

Our CHEERS! The beverage program includes a great variety of non-alcoholic beverages and a wide selection of high-quality brand-name spirits and wines by the glass.

Upon purchasing Bottomless Bubbles, a sticker will be placed on the guest's Sail & Sign card. In all areas where beverage service is offered, guests may show the Bottomless Bubbles sticker and receive a glass of the carbonated soft drink of their choice. Juices may also be requested. One 16-ounce glass will be served at a time (10-ounce glass for juice) and only to the guest whose name appears on the Sail & Sign card with the Bottomless Bubbles sticker attached.
